Hello hello, all you patrons, and welcome back to Love of a Spartan.

Last time we met, the Chief did a bit of an angstbucket routine regarding the Fisher Incident from last chapter but didn’t suggest, you know, getting him written up or anything. Then his childish impetuousness got a whole lot more harmful as an undefined number of Marines rode off to save Lacerta’s “main city” (now named “Zarunai”) following Edward’s nonsensical orders and he led them directly into a Covenant ambush that killed four people. Sadly, neither Kilburn nor Smythe were among the casualties. And that was about it.

Oh, him? This ‘fic doesn’t have nearly as much of a Sangheili element as I was expecting (I mean, there’s Fuck-Shit, but he hardly counts as an Elite any more), so I let him go back to meta-Sanghelios to take some time off.
