This week we’ll start the fourth and final chapter in this great idea gone bad. I’m still trying to figure out why the author went to the trouble of writing this when she really didn’t discuss or utilize Harry’s alternative childhood. If I had written this, I would have focused on Harry’s childhood at the Sanctuary and how it would change the type of person he would be once he got to Hogwarts. And I just can’t figure out why this author didn’t do that. So, anyway, here’s the first part of chapter four.

Sorry, forgot to add the usual weird schedule excuse.
Lyle’s sick and couldn’t get Froozenpoodle’s entry up for Monday, so instead they both had me toss it up for today to cover both of them. Enjoy!

I’m sure many of you lost sleep this week wondering why Tonks wants to leave the wizarding world. Well, I won’t make you wait any longer. Here’s the rest of chapter three.

I was hoping that a week vacation might help me be a bit more in the mood to attack this story. Sadly, I think I need another vacation. Oh well. Here is the next section of chapter 3 and it’s mostly just filler. There’s only one more chapter and it’s pretty apparent that the author never really had any idea where she wanted to go with this thing.

Today we’ll start chapter three and see what other changes have been made to the timeline without any real valid reason. Also, it really pisses me off when an author has a really great plot and then just shits all over it. I recently read a book that had a great plot, but then a gay pride parade drove all over it. I’m totally fine and happy with gay characters, but it had nothing to do with the story. I kept wondering why pages upon pages were devoted to discussing PFLAG and gay marriage when those things had nothing to do with the plot (which concerned a really neat mystery with a haunted house). So, anyway, on to chapter three.
