E: Woods thinks we shouldn’t overwhelm her by asking her to do too much at once.

C: Fair enough I suppose, but Ert there’s something I need to talk to you about. We’ve got eight chapters of this stinker left, what’re we gonna do after this?

E: I was kind of thinking of doing Subject 23, but a Mass Effect self insert with a shamelessly overpowered Stu and a Talimancer angle…we’ve kind of done that on the library already. It’s not out of the question yet, but I’m thinking about it.

N: There’s always the Batarian Hegemony vs the USA one to work on.

C: Yeah, but that one is a two chapter work, that’ll hold us over for two weeks at the most. I actually want to do a Metroid fill, just to see how some numb nut completely fucks up Samus Aran.

N: Are we sure that this is a good idea?

W: Look, Ert and I spent all of last week talking to her while you and the others worked on the review. We both agreed that she needs to get out and confront the source of her stress if she wants to get by it. In this case the problem being facing that her story was poorly written and overcoming it, and the best way to do that is indirectly by taking the piss out of someone else’s work. It helps that the author to this story has acknowledged the flaws in his story, making it clear that people can accept flaws and move on and…well you get the idea. Ready BRSue?

N: You sure about this? It doesn’t sound like something she’d really do. I thought her range of emotions was stare blankly off into space and RAW SMASH!

C: I’m telling you, she completely lost it. Tears everywhere. She had a hard time speaking.

G: But she’s always like that.

C: Ugh, you know what I mean. She couldn’t form words she was so upset.

N: Hm…you know, when you’re raised a certain way, you come to view that way as normal. Everything around you, no matter how messed up it might seem to others, is what you’ve come to expect. But if that viewpoint should ever get challenged, even broken, well, it could easily produce a lot of emotional stress. If she was in a story where her only identity was being quiet then I think that’d mess a person up if that’s all they had.

C: Maybe.

G: I think we’re omitting the parts where she went into homicidal rages at the drop of a hat. Endlessly amusing, but not the type of person you want to make friends with.

N: And yet we hang out with you.

G: I said rages. *Smiles* I don’t do angry. Angry implies something didn’t go your way, and everything goes my way so long as I’m having fun. And I’m always having fun.

C: He does have a point though, she did go on those rampages, and unlike Ert she didn’t have the excuse of a Red Lantern ring. I’m not sure where this is gonna go.

N: Yeah, it’d still be in our best interest to keep an eye on her. Woods is keeping Ert safe while he talks to her right?
