Well, it looks like Trisha is going to stick her nose in and try to fix everyone’s problems.  She is a Mary-Sue, so I guess it is her job to make the world a happy and perfect place for all lesser beings

Trisha stepped into the hospital only to be greeted with stares and smiles, people admired this woman, they knew all about her and most of them applauded her for her quick thinking. This however did not please Trisha, not one little bit. She hated being the centre of attention. Wilson then bumped into Trisha.

Trisha loves being the center of attention and we all know it.

“Oh sorry, you must be Trisha, Cameron’s sister pleasure and an honour to meet you”

So, everyone else in the world knows and recognizes Trisha, but Wilson has never met her before?  And he’s been friends with Cameron for several years, so what’s the deal with that?

“Likewise”

“I just wanted to say thanks to you and Joel for stopping us before we did something that we would have regretted”

Well, the entire state is gossiping about the fight, so I am pretty certain that House and Wilson did something that they are now regretting.  Or at least Wilson is regretting.

“Hey, it’s my job, you think we can go inside your office to talk in private”

Um, no, dear, it’s not your job.  It was the job of hospital security to take care of security matters in the hospital.  You’re just a vigilante, which actually means you’re a criminal.

“This is about Cuddy and House eh?” said Wilson looking down at his shoes.

“Hey, you got to get this sorted out and patch things up with Cuddy”

I still have no idea why it is so damn important to Trisha that Wilson, Cuddy, and House sort out their romantic issues.  And the person who actually needs to decide what the fuck she wants is Cuddy, as she was the one sleeping with two men.

“Ok wise owl” smiled Wilson

“That’s my middle name” smirked Trisha

Excuse me, I just threw up in my mouth.

Trisha and Wilson stepped inside his office and Wilson locked the door.

“Well I don’t have anything to say to her, I hate her”

“No you don’t, you love her”

“I’m not a very good liar aren’t I?”

This is going to be the most banal conversation ever, isn’t it?  We can also add relationship counselor to Trisha’s long list of abilities.  Through I have a feeling she’s just making this up as she goes along.

“Well you are to any other normal person but not to me I know too much about human nature”

And she’s now an expert on human nature.  Is there nothing Trisha cannot do?  Don’t answer that, author.

“What can I say to her?”

“I honestly believe you should express to her what is in your heart, give her a chance to explain things, I’m sure it was just a mistake.”

Mistake?!  Yeah, that happens to me sometimes, I just sleep with some guy other than my boyfriend. Oops, crazy mistake.

“Then why did she go to him over and over again?”

Thank you, Wilson, for having a brain.

“I guess she got addicted, it’s been a long time since she was sexually intimate with anyone and with you working all the time I guess she got lonely. You have to understand that. After you left Cuddy sank to her knees and said “I love you” you can ask Joel and Alisa they heard it as well. When Alisa took her home she said Cuddy was crying for four hours.”

Whoa!  Is Trisha really going to justify Cuddy cheating on Wilson?  Yes, I guess she is.  I’m sorry, but the fact that your partner works a lot is NOT an excuse to go fuck whomever you like.  I may be old-fashioned, but unless you have an open relationship you aren’t allowed to have sex with other people.  I really hate it when people try to justify cheating, because outside of abuse there often isn’t any justification, especially when leaving the relationship you’re not happy with is often relatively easy these days (I’m going to not address abusive relationships as that’s not an issue in this case).

“Really?”

“Well Duh, why do you think I’m here?”

“To set things straight?”

“Exactly”

“Is it too late to talk this through with her?”

“It’s never too late”

So, Wilson is just fine with Trisha presenting this as a problem that he needs to fix?  Does he really believe that this is in any way his fault?  Well, knowing Wilson, he probably does feel that being cheated on was his fault.  But it isn’t.  Working a lot just isn’t a carte blanche for your partner to cheat on you.  Grr, this is why street fighters should not give relationship advice.  And with that, I’ll leave you in suspense for next week.  Will Wilson be able to make up for his overworking and convince Cuddy to stop sleeping with House?
