It’s finally here people, the last installment of book one of the three-book blockbuster written by InsaneDoctor(ID) and JudgmentDragon25(JD25).  We’ve been through a lot in this emotional powerhouse, but today it comes to a close… until I get to the next book.

When we last left our crew they were gearing up for the final boss fight against Samantha Nemesis Albert Wesker Albert “Samantha” Wesker-Nemesis.  Luckily the situational flux vomited up some super-weapons and a handy-dandy little device that resurrected all the dead parent dinosaurs and provided them with super-weapons and armor.

*Beats head against wall*

Gods!  It sounds even stupider if I sum the damn thing up!

OK, so let’s see where I left off.

We’re in the home stretch here people.  Only two more posts left of call of duty:the untold zombie chronicels!  Today we start our foray into the final chapter.  It’s another long one, so it’s getting broken up.  The good news is that it’s mostly gun-play that I can skip over, so I’ll be combining the second part of chapter 10 with the “credits” in chapter 11.

Recap?  OK, uh, quick one:  We have a large group of Stus, three of which are author insertions of varying origins; not that it really matters, as all the characters basically have the same personality, in that they have none.  There are lots of zombies everywhere and everywhen.   These Stus stumble into the past and meet up with the cast of Land Before Time.  After tactically letting all the parents be killed by zombie raptors and nuking the Great Valley, Team Stu undertakes a prolonged retreat that lasts for 6 chapters and involves copious amounts of laundry-list style gun-play.  There’s also some question as to how many are actually in the group.  Standard math says that there are now 26 members of the group, but our Authors think there are anywhere between 23 and 25 members.  Given that only one character appears to have vanished, we can either assume that anything but 25 is wrong, or there’s some wacky non-euclidean geometry going on here that allows both Nikolais to be counted as one person. It’s that kind of outside-the-box thinking that really make this fic what it is.

Since we’re storming into a new chapter, it’s time to whip out my comma script:

A handful of new commas this chapter, but we’re still running with 0 correctly used commas.  Glorious.

It’s Wednesday, so that means I get to subject you to more of this poo-covered train-wreck of a fic.

A quick recap from last time: Team Stu did a lot of gun-play and then ran into Littlefoot’s father, Bron.  They “carefully” avoided any conflict with Bron by dodging his questions about his parents.  And Bron, being a gentleman and a dinosaur, didn’t press the issue.  They all piled into a cave and went to sleep… without setting up any kind of sentries or night watch.  Good job, Team Stu.

Another Wednesday and another chapter of call of duty:the untold zombie cronicels; please try to contain your excitement.  We’re still clipping along nicely here, this will make the third straight week where I can do a whole chapter in one sitting.  Next week will be like that too, as Chapter Nine is really short from the look of it.

Last time on call of duty:the untold zombie chronicels: Team Stu fought more zombie raptors that had found the convieniently forgotten land bridge to the island.  Luckily, Chomper forgot to wear his flying Death Machine Armor to the fight, which allowed a contrived plot device to assist in getting his parents removed from the story.  Remember kids, parents have no business being in fanfiction; they just load down the story.  So anyway, the quantum flux vomits up another land bridge and Team Stu is able to flee across it to some temporary safety.  They blow it up behind them with some C4 because, apparently, they had only one tactical clean-nuke and they already used it on The Great Valley.

As this is a fresh chapter, it’s time to crank up the ol’ comma detector.

So, just as we’re all recovering from the last chapter, we find ourselves once again thrust *herf* into the dank and sordid world of call of duty:the untold zombie chronicels; try to contain your enthusiasm.

All that happened last chapter was underage dinosaur sex, so the less said the better.  If you’re really interested in what’s been happening before now, check out the synopsis at the begining of chapter 6.  But, honestly, not much has actually happened, so if you’re just joining us you haven’t really missed anything important.

Anyway, it’s a fresh chapter, so that means it’s time to run my script!

Looks like we don’t get any new commas this chapter, so we’re inching back toward having 1 comma per 1,000 words.

Warning: This chapter is icky.  Don’t read it.  At all.  Ever.  In fact, don’t even read my riff of it.  Go outside and play.  Right now.  It’s not safe for children and other living things.  You have been warned.

Seriously, you have better things to do than continue.

Hello and welcome back to call of duty:the untold zombie chronicels!  It’s been a few weeks, so let’s catch up on where we left off:

Lets see here, there is a team of temporally nonsensical Gary Stus which includes three author insertions.  There’s also a group of dinosaurs from the Land Before Time movies.  They number 22 in total, but, for reasons never explained, two of them are missing at this point since the group is described many times as numbering only 20.  Team Stu blew up the Great Valley (home of the Land Before Time dinosaurs) after it was overrun with zombie velociraptors.  The team ran for a while and eventually made their way to the island home of Chomper’s parents.  While there, they bivouac down for the night in a Gary Stu version of a Cave only to realize that the zombie raptors have teleported to the island somehow (or a small number of them learned to swim, whatever).   This gives the dino members of Team Stu the opportunity to find some convieniently-placed uber weapons and save the day.  That leads us to now.

And, since it’s the start of Chapter 6, it’s time to load up the comma detector again.

One again I’m back for another thrilling installment of call of duty:the untold zombie chronicels.  Sadly Grandma Longneck can’t be with us this week due to a zombification relapse.  I’m told she’s resting up and is expected to make a full recovery in a few weeks.

Previously on cod:tuzc:

Our team of 20, plus Nikolai 2, and one of the other members, were running from the legion of undead dinosaurs across the desert.  An ocean snuck up on them and blocked their path, so the team decided to swim for an island that is 5 miles off the coast.  This is a sure-fire escape because apparently Zombie Velociraptors can’t swim, and the huge flock of zombie Pterodactyls can’t fly over open water.  Who knew?  While in the water, they narrowly escape being fish chow through pure luck when two predators decide to fight each other over territory rather than eat the juicy flotilla of Gary Stus.  They, unfortunately, make it to the island.  At this point Takeo hears some running water/waterfall/probably just the ocean, and they all head off to find the water.
